The most non-linear games

Many people like the moral and not only choices in games. Making one choice, we are interested to know what happens if you choose another option?. What in-game decisions of the player do affect something global?

For me personally, the most nonlinear game I've played is the Witcher 2. After passing 1/3 of the game give us such a choice that the next part of the game will be completely different(locations, quests, characters etc).. And going only one way, there is much to learn.
