Russian localization will not be (Fallout 4)

Probably all already read the news, and to rejoice. And the news says that Fallout 4 VR will be available full localization into Russian language. Page Fallout 4 VR steam noted that it would be fully localized and on the official Russian Twitter account has a post about the full localization.

That's the way post https://twitter.com/bethesda_ru/status/912194560142569472

By the way on the page fallout 4 vr also, the voice acting was removed from the Polish and Brazilian. So they not only encouraged, but then upset with bad news.

It is absurd to expect the localization of the sound is from Bethesda. As has always been done before, the Russian audio localization has been organized by the publisher of the game in Russia. The actors who voiced F3 - the local, and not hired for the job by Bethesda. Therefore, if Bethesda has no commodity-money relations with the local publisher, just no one to take up this job and nobody to wait voiced localization. All conversations on the topic Russian voice in General can be meaningful only if it becomes known that on the territory of the CIS there is a publisher who will promote the product Bethesda in local markets. Since this did not happen in all the years since the release of F4 in the release, and the Russian professional voiceovers to expect pointless - it will never happen.

There was a volunteer project to create a voice, as I remember. But anything good it did not end.

For example DOOM was fully localized, Prey, too. Now most of the bullying bethesda game is fully localized, it is strange that did not take over the complete localization of Fallout 4.

Maybe just don't want to spend money on complete localization of the RPG, as there should be many more actors dubbing.

Yes it is a no-brainer, I don't want. but in an interview, bald the Irish Director of EA Raska, who knows a few languages, but Russian is not given to him, on the question of - why, said the players want to, they like the original voice. so supposedly only the subs, all for players doing everything to please them.

In General the players themselves are to blame. Can be many examples to find. All will spit from the Russian voice when you hear, and after the second part of the game will be released with Russian subtitles, then immediately start yelling, saying how so voice no. Without voice acting it's hard to play, you need to read the subtitles, which unfortunately in the combat climb.

In General, as always, first say that the voice acting is terrible, and then Noah. Why no voice acting? Why we voiceovers do not want to do. Plus the voice acting is another problem, all who are against full localization ready remember only voice that was not very good, but mysteriously forget about good voice acting.
