10-15 fps on +- normal computer
In all games on my PC I have 10-15 fps, system requirements which my computer exceeds satisfactory. There has been a discussion and it was associated with the Miners, I have tested the PC using Malwarebytes and it found two problems which I fixed, BUT the GAMES STILL 10 FPS! What's wrong?Well, the minimum requirements and are written to the computer could give 10-15 fps. So all the rules! If you want faster buy a new computer. (8700к i7, graphics card of the RTX 2070, 16 gb RAM Gskill 3200МГц with timings 14-14-14-32, and SDD from Samsung)

sorry a small correction: the first 10 minutes played in stabilnye 60 frames, and the subsequent 10-15 in ALL the GAMES again, I repeat, whether primitive minecraft or terraria, which my comp can take out 100 fps. Or if you give an example what my computer pulls COP on ultra settings 100-120 frames so can easily refute your assumption

Well, it means overheating and throttling. Cs 1.6 runs on a Pentium 2 with a frequency of 233 MHz and 64MB of memory, there are a lot of resources is not necessary.
Maybe I should write characteristics of companies % of memory vidyuhi how cooling temperatures in times of drawdowns. And what you wrote in the first post at all or anyone that will not say, respectively, does not help.

Put MSI Afterbuner and monitor system while playing in the overlay.During drawdown take a screenshot and put it here.Only need monitoring of the GPU/CPU, they load and temperature, GPU stress, FPS(this is mandatory).Other indicators on request
Add another to the overlay naprugu cores CPU with HWInfo

There are,alternatively,to test in games such as vedimak 2 or STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl.Just these games you have to go without any problems
