Rx 550 AMD vs Nvidia 1030 who is better ?

Which of these two cards would you choose for a budget build ?
First, if it was removed from production, it does not mean that once in the store take, looked in a bunch of stores are.

I chose the gt 1030...she 1200-1500 p. cheaper in my town, and the performance is the same, accelerates good...well, power consumption is less almost in 2 times...the game pulls 25-40 fps on medium-high in full hd.
Marongo Performance rx 550 20℅ higher than 1030,then you're clearly premature.
