System error at startup (Epic Store) (Just Cause 4)

Downloaded, installed the game from epic games, at start gives out such error:

JustCause4.exe - System error

The program can't start because is missing from your computer api-ms-win-core-synch-ansi-l1-1-0.dll. Try to reinstall the program.

Nowhere on the Internet can't find such a library. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
