System error at startup (Epic Store) (Just Cause 4)
Downloaded, installed the game from epic games, at start gives out such error:JustCause4.exe - System error

The program can't start because is missing from your computer api-ms-win-core-synch-ansi-l1-1-0.dll. Try to reinstall the program.
Nowhere on the Internet can't find such a library. Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
Threw in support of the EGS. Said after the game updates it will work. In the end everything remains the same.

I had the same problem(Windows 8.1) helped zakidyvanie to the folder with the game files: api-ms-win-core-synch-ansi-l1-1-0.dll, api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-1.dll, api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.
