Windows GameMode...

Friends,recently thought about such a thing as a GameMode,but here is a question,how many myself I remember,always turn it off,but it was in the games BF3,BF4 and the version of windows was 1803(like so).Now I use Windows 10, 1909 with the latest updates,so should I enable GameMode?I mostly play Rainbow Six Siege,Apex Legends,Metro Exodus, etc.
