I have Steam license, but bought the disk. I think that should be compatible.

Should go in Steam under your account, in the Library section click on the desired game, right-click and select Properties. In the new window, go to the language tab and select Russian. After OK the game will start to download itself, for Russian subtitles, audio and video.
