I'm on Core 2 Duo quietly played in the third Witcher, of course sags fps, but playable. Due to the graphics card by the way put the maximum settings, fps is locked at 30, on the nature of beauty, in the cities of pain and suffering. But if you look at that sometimes people go for getting at least 25fps (I'm talking about ultra-low configs because of which the graphics look worse than the first part), then I'm all quite good. I'm not complaining, I 30fps (sometimes less) is enough, at least in the Witcher.
So what I am actually, the author of the theme processor is a much newer my, let the frequency is lower, but significantly newer architecture (the performance not only of the frequency dependent). Memory, as noted above, not DDR2, and DDR3, ie again, the gain in speed, compared to my configuration. So I think that if you add RAM and a mediocre graphics card, you can play modern games at low settings. Not all people can afford to spend tons of money on top accessories :)

weak percents, is not zabyvaem that it tseleron , not core2duo E6600. If the RAM is not DDR2, then you have some 500 series it is possible to supply, need more power supply to write how much capacity has
I understand this is a new Celeron in 1155 socket,and it's on the level c2duo E8600. With normal vidyuhi and 8GB of RAM can be cool to play,although with such a socket, and a normal i5 will rise.
