Low fps in the game on Windows 7 x64 (Fallout 3)
Hi all. Could you help me with the game Fallout 3? I have a low fps in the game... In the Badlands of fps may be from 30 to sit down to 19. In buildings as well.(where lighting a lot) by the way, the configuration of my laptop: NVidia GeForce 920M, Intel Core i5 2.20 GHz(2 physical and 4 logical cores), 4 GB of RAM. Yeah, I know, I have a laptop, but on my laptop Skyrim on high at 40-60 fps and GTA 5 at high at 32 fps is(in grassy areas up to 20 sets. I'm not lying!), and Fallout 3 even on low lag... please Help I would be grateful!so, what's the fallout ? well, I mean, repak/license build mods ? I have with less powerful hardware in the ultra flew (was too small, but there was an ancient гтх425м to 1GB, 3 GB RAM and i3)

Dude, I already rearranged Windows. Before that was Windows 10, and Fallout 3 do not run! And the majority of games observed drawdown fps(especially in GTA 5 when driving). I once 7 rolled back, all this crap is gone, and even hard to 100% load.

7 wind folic works fine only on 32-bits(in my experience), but on 64 it is naughty very much, so you should look at the vastness of the site fix for 64 bit seven,look in the files was there!

No problem going to 7 x64 without any problem.
Try this, maybe will help.
Find the file at My documents\My Games\Fallout3\Fallout.ini and open it with Notepad.
Here we find the lines:
bUseThreadedAI=0 and change the parameter from 0 to 1, what would happen bUseThreadedAI=1.
Below add the line iNumHWThreads=2.
