Uncredited but try to reinstall Windows and update BIOS. Had this problem and solved.

what are you on about?there are a bunch of videos and reviews,i7-2600 for 1060 is enough,then it is something else,besides the CPU is not loaded 100%,only the first core to 80% comes,if boleskine throat it would not be shown in conventional Moba game

what kind of thought process at all is it?or did you read the conditional piece of the message and concluded ?if a demanding game load on the GPU constantly,and the processor is not loaded at all,or your video card should work in a conditional Batman 40% instead of 100%?
