WOTC Community Highlander (XCOM 2)

Good evening, I have error WOTC Community Highlander, after downloading, should begin to boot menu, but instead the game just crashes(there are sounds download..lagausie and after departure).
what would you recommend ?

nayrokorihS thank you mate ... for those who have not understood. if you have cracked version Copy the files from the CookedPCConsole folder and drop it in *installed folder*/XCOM2/Xcom2-WarofTheChosen/XcomGame/ CookedPCConsole and override it...then go to defaultmodoptin.ini and activate the mod using ActiveMods="mode name" (it works for me like this )

Sorry for the inconvenience but I have a problem with the highlander mod when installing the mod it blocks the customization of hair and face color as well as armor, does anyone know how to solve the problem???
