Problems with buying things (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Now specifically drew the problem with buying in-game clothes in stores (normal, unlocked clothes)-money is debited, and things are not saved-what it means and how to deal with it? This is another glitch the game or is there any limitations on the number of clothes? (like no more than 3 coats?)
