Can't overclock the CPU

In short. I go in BIOS I put CPU Host clock control - Manual change the frequency press F10 used izmenenie PC restarts and nothing is in use when you next start the BIOS all should be discharged back to chtt do?
-Processor: AMD phenom 1035T
(Powerful cooling)

Why overclock it if it has a built-in Turbo CORE, and runs on high at the right moments? Want to expose frequency above the turbo or what? or constantly work on 3.1 Hz?
