Everything on ultra is not helping, in-game smoothing is made through the ass. Put scaling by 2 (the maximum), shadows on high, antialiasing FXAA+TAA, but the picture is soap, to fix put Reshade, then everything is clear and with hair more or less in order, but resources guzzles loads.
