Here there is a topic just about this generator. There have maybe not happened for some reason to draw energy from other areas of Refuge. Decided to load an old save game, before the attack, during which the generator was damaged.

Yes, this happened after the attack , the generators were intact. Cleaned the wires ,put the re-generator , in short did everything possible that would work . In the end, put a regular pump from the category will do ) .
