Technical problems (Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City)
Here to discuss problems directly with the game. That you all are being modest with their computers, going on an ancient comp 2004 (pentium 4 2.8 GHz 1.7 Gb RAM HD3650 512Mb) playable on minimum salary, at least in windowed mode to put, fps did not measure thinking of 20-15 high, if a lot of fire or a zombie - there's a slideshow )))
Here are the problems I've encountered:
1) for litsushnikov: Live is not installed or is not running the corresponding service - immediate departure!
2) the game is a bit faster works on Windows XP!
3) if you set the BIOS overclock at 5% -10%, the game does not start pottytrain
4) install the game on disk not cluttered and alderacentgroup folder, because there's a huge amount of small files! Plus I updated DirectX to the latest April version - superfluous will not be!!!
Strongly sags FPS. I litsuha, patched via Live, play mGal speaking unpleasant.... Radeon HD 6850x2 (similar to 6970), percents AMD Phenom ii x2 555 4.2 GHz, monitor resolution 1920x1080, with all it's wonder I can't play REORC, despite the fact that it is still on DX9! The matter is not in gland, and in the curvature of the game, for all games, literally, fly for maximum... does Anyone know how to optimize the performance or soon to be released fix for optimization? FPS ranges from 15-37, and there's nothing you can do.
Chorbit
try to do so, helped me.
1) Go to the control panel.
2)Next Sound.
3) Choose your playback device (Speakers).
4)at the Bottom click Properties
5) the Enchancements Tab: the box set Disable all enchancements.
6) Advanced Tab: remove the checkmark to Allow applications to use the device in exclusive mode.
this is to ensure that the process audiodg doesn't load the processor with memory. and try to reduce the resolution.

With the sound really helped! As for performance, I have solved the problem differently: using driver AMD Vision Engine Control Center and disabled the Crossfire, FPS has increased manyfold and all the advice during the game to disable cross/SLI for the reason that the game is not optimized yet for two graphics cards!

look in library documents (if you yuzaesh windows7) folder CAPCOM. Open, there is a file settings, another thing that I don't know how to open it, but apparently it is responsible for settings. Tried to open Notepad - did not help, extension .dat
Well, now another problem: can't run game... Today we played well, somehow the game crashed, restarted the computer, run the game, an icon in the taskbar Resident Evil for one second and he disappears, the game does not start... Reinstalled the game, everything works, then zabagovanny games for windows live was dobavyatsya update of the game. Updated run, again the same problem! What do think developed? Feel that soon for each computer Capcom will release a patch, and then could not play consistently to do....
Chorbit, check through 'the Collector' which error is registered (START > control Panel > administrative tools > C. S.), the program window see in the magazine Application or System by date/time. Most likely Live, or how my overclocking is guilty...

Perhaps overclocking the thing was... I Coped with the problem, went into documents deleted file settings from the game folder, then give it one star. Of course a file back after the game, but slightly modified.
Oh, damn... will Have to try it too, apparently the patch before this config I got... Hate the fact that the game runs with default settings, as Selaginella use custom, awful hate in windowed mode... If the game was worth the fans long ago programmers wrote a tool for that settings.dat how many glitches could have been overcome
Gill Bates
Well, nothing, because the game is still fresh, I hope in the near future will see the human patches, ENBSeries from fans, as well as graphic mods :)

That explains a lot, as in most cases problems arise from piratok, and even more for fresh games. Try the following:
- reinstall the game (after deleting using uninstall or change a program delete the capcom folder in documents and Program files, then install again without the patch.
- try to patch the game to the existing game, if you ask a disc download noDVD.
- without removing the game, go to documents and delete the folder capcom file settings, then re-launch the game
- if none of the above helps, it is easier to buy a license or download another RePack
