Not the topic but still about the noise of the chokes.2 years ago I bought a gigabyte g1 970 squeaked terribly at first but disappeared over time
Best MSI or Gigabyte, ASUS definitely is not worth taking, they are still normally forget to cool the VRM area and do not remove heat from the memory chips.

If gives honest 350w will be enough for the whole system, even in overclocking, just at the limit of what will work.
Use Palit Jetstream. In the most demanding games temperature with turnover of 75% of the cooler is holding at around 60 degrees. Recommend
MSI Gaming - 2 big fans, fairly quiet work. Of all that is seen is the most quiet. And temperature low.
