FPS drops (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)
WelcomeI have the game on an average of 40 fps, but sometimes drop to 20 or below. The game is running, then slowing down, and then much faster the character runs. The fps drop seen in the performance tests. On low settings, on high there is still a fall. The GeForce 1060 3Gb. My brother has the same card and also there is. Does anyone observed this?
Swapping is the game on the ssd.

Is often,the strange thing that I have started this about 2-3 days ago,do not know it is interconnected or not but in this day updated Windows,wood on the graphics card,as the game flight on the stop 12,now crashes plicatilis but there are friezes. Before such was not,is not for release not beta test. Friends have same trouble. my config i7 4790 /gtx 1070/ 16 gb.

It's just 11 I - 12 the same garbage. Windu I haven't updated - so that leaves the wood on vidyuhi. My last stand - maybe on other norms? No one tried? Too lazy to reinstall - and I doubt that - I need to wait for the patch.
See also similar. Like 60 FPS. And BAM up to 40, then Bang, up to 20.
Tried DX 11. Such no falls , but the overall FPS is slightly lower.
I think the drawdown goes wild in areas with lots of vegetation. I think that yubiki it gets better soon.
I can offer one more version of why can be drawdown. Is that in part 2 of the AI is not only NPC enemies and allied NPCs and just traveling around the city randomly generated events (as well not only about random events) near where they respawn the NPC hostile to the Union and freezes happen because of a miscalculation of their AI. This was especially noticeable to me when right in a few metres(or directly in front of the nose so to speak) I have resales NPC opponents.
i7 2600k(2012), 1060 6GB, 16GB Opera, game on hdd, Windows 7 on the ssd, dx11 accordingly, the wood on the gtx hasn't updated since January. Graphics settings high. Sharp drawdowns and no departures, in open areas up to 40 sags, but slowly, mostly 55-60 fps on hold.
It was the same on the fx8350, loaded at 100%, the gtx 1080 ti. Changed percents, and problem is gone.
Twitch game as epileptic... Load no percent no vidyahu really... 50 - 60%
GTX1080 + i5 + 32GB
And do not care for settings) in 1080P in 2K... doesn't change FPS. In the test, the embedded - below 59 does not drop... in the game - the endgame.

You have one thing in common is the GPU from NVIDIA.
I'm on rx 560 in beta played dx 12 on medium settings and fps was very decent

and 1060,1070 less than 100k/s should not be because these cards are 3-4 times more powerful rx 560.
Conclusion: your card and dx12 is just prohibited, only dx 11!!!
If in dx 11 the same,then you need to wait for patches and if the patches does not help,then you need to change NVIDIA to AMD.

If you unlock 60 fps, up to 100фпс on medium without problems pull. But I prefer to play on high with 50-60 fps, I like it. And besides, other hardware is affected, for example, 1060 on my PS-IE 2.0 is, as the old percent and 3.0 do not support, and the memory is not in dual mode because of the curve of the 1st slot on the mother.

I have no happiness at 1080) but no, not so - so it's 60FPS, but then starts to lag... to hang out... Especially fun when the Persian stops for a second or two, and then fast catching up)

Honestly I read and wonder. I have 1070, xeon E3-1230V2, 12gb DDR3, the game is on the HDD. Settings Max except reflections on buildings (middle). No freezes no fps is consistently high. The driver on the map the last update of Windows 10 too. Played for 60 hours, 455 gear.

They simply have no computer I guess, and collections of garbage from Amigo, companion, Yandex and mail agents, torrent, ifors the experience and other trash in the autorun in enabled automatic updates and syncs.

No,I'm the state of the system monitor,the processes do not hang extra,unnecessary services disabled, too,all sorts of defenders and other crap on the PC is not kept

I myself can not understand in what business,and my sidekick system i7 gtx 1080ti 8700k / SSD and the same periodic friezes from him. And another system is almost like mine( i5 9600k gtx 1070) and the Frisians had no.
