I agree. if they say that optimize the syndicate then demands must be lower than or equal to unity. but not as above. And unity on my budget gaming PC with i3 4160/gtx 960/8 ram gave to FXAA ultra with 30-45 fps.
windows 10 RAM: 4 gb I hope such, then I will go. Or requirements for assassins creed rogue PC version, then it will be just fine

The syndicate will requirements about the gtx 460, i3-i5,6gb,windows 8-10 but 7 should go too because the engine is the same(it's 1080p 30fps)

yet from what I've seen of the city looks like something sad but there is the promised realtime changing of the day.
and finally I like the PA drum. no waiting game and no matter how they weren't pitch needs pointwise purse should pull their socks and play shall pobiedna with the stock performance.
