Buy a new or apnut old...

Good afternoon, dear friends! Currently have such a system:
Motherboard: MSI H61M-S20 (G3) (MS-7788)
Vidyuhi: Asus Ge Force GTX 960 Turbo
RAM: DDR3 - 1600, 8GB
Percents: Intel Core i3 - 3245, 3,40 GHz
BP: Crown Model: CM-500W PS500Smart
Operating System Windows 7 64 Bit
In General, the configuration is outdated and wanted to update it, and left such beautiful cards like Ge Force GTX 1060, 1070, 1080. First and foremost, I wanted to buy them. But a little understanding in the gland (chuchut), comes the feeling that a new graphics card not be able to get no PERC, no PSU. The question arises about buying percent, and it seems to be possible to buy something a little bit, but then comes another feeling, and that I can buy for this motherboard? Options not very many. The question about buying a motherboard, and... Well in General You understood. With this question I'm confused. Again, to buy an entirely new system is expensive, and therefore, to summarize, I decided to turn to You for help! What can be done in my case? From graphics cards to consider options for GTX 1060 or 1070, and in the future the system must be suitable for them. Help with the choice, because I'm a noob in all these questions)))

Percent.. do not pull 1070, 1080 here you need a minimum of i7 4770k.
Better change everything.
Here to help.

P. S. if you have money.

You have a socket 1155 I believe, it is the maximum you can cram a i7 2600 (normal or with the index To), so if you have a motherboard was to Z chipset then it would make sense to put a processor (Z chipset allows you to raise the CPU frequency), i7 2600 with a frequency of 4.0 - 4.5 GHz will allow for Stoke GTX 1070, 1080. On this if you want a new video card, it will have to pay for new parts!

To begin to define with the budget, then it will be easier something concrete and useful to suggest

I think the budget within 70000r.
P,S, a Pity to waste 70000r, but if I'm ready))

with this budget, you can definitely change the whole PC. I recently familiar a comp collected, so he did the following configuration: i5-6400, gtx970, 16gb ddr4, 1TB hdd, 500W PSU on the Mat. cost. For all he gave a little more than 50,000. So you need to invest in 70000 more and even that will remain.

tobish can safely count on a quite good configuration and none like gtx 1070?

quite good configuration it will work, and the rest depends on the prices in your region, and availability of components.

I think at the moment it is not advisable to buy the GTX 970, when for the same price is the GTX 1060, which is better than her in everything)) By the way, for full HD will there be enough for me 1060 for games such as the Witcher, GTA 5 well or the same Batman Arkham Knigt on ultra settings?

Depends on what you mean by ultra settings, and do you have any requests to FPS. He recently took 1060 from Gigabyte for GTA 5 its more than enough - you can even play it with TXAA x4. To Batman Arkham Knight too, everything is fine, you can put full ultra, even with all GameWorks - gives 45-60 higher frames. The Witcher haven't checked, but judging by the tests with YouTube, you can play at maximum settings.

i5 6400 can bus to overclock up to 4.5 GHz the difference and GTX 1070 pull on this frequency, do not forget the mother with Z chipset!

And can advise ready Assembly, i.e. a completely new system unit, mother, percents, PSU and even case, tobish components in the budget to 70000r. I understand that a lot to ask, but as I wrote, I'm a noob in this matter) I would be very grateful for your help. My town Kolchugino, coming more or less stores DNS, Yulmart, FR. I live not far from Vladimir, if it is possible to look there))

When my friend collected his comp, then the 1060th in stores were in short supply and overpriced, and he didn't want to wait, so she took 970. An example of an Assembly with a slightly smaller budget I brought purely in order to make it easier to navigate.

Intel Core i5-6400, OEM - 13 470 RUB
Motherboard MSI GAMING Z170A M3 - 10 220 RUB
Graphics card Palit PA-GTX1070 GameRock - 32 670 RUB
DDR4, 8GB Kingston HyperX Fury Black - 3 260 RUB
power supply ATX 600W CoolerMaster B600 ver.2 - 4 290 rubles
cooler Zalman CNPS10X Performa(+) - 2 560 RUB
TOTAL: 66470
The remaining amount can buy another 8 GB operatives, HDD or SSD did not watch the old stretch, at least for a while.
About Palit no doubt a decent card.

I think it should be mentioned here the case, because my is so small that it Asus Gtx 960 Turbo barely fit, goes tailgating)

In fact it is what offers ColtM1911 this money. Since the CPU is weak and you will be easier to buy on their motherboard 3570 even without To as your mother it is still not to disperse, somewhere on Craigslist that will come cheaper than the percent that you suggested ColtM1911. The performance will be about the same but costs just miserable because you won't have to buy everything else and then a full upgrade to make.

To replace the processor on i5-2500/3570 or i7-2600/2700/3770 and be a normal system.

We see that you are a noob. I would not say that 960 is outdated, it pulls the Battles of 1 high, and you're going to change it to 1060 (which, by the relics comparable to the 970). 8 GB I would not change for another year, but the processor is weak, it should be changed. And about the video card, I'd waited for the 1100 generation, and only then changed( personally want to do with the 970).

w

Nikram_Play, GTX 1060 - a good upgrade from the GTX 960. The power of the GTX 980, six gigabytes of memory, and a twofold performance boost.

Again, do not consider it appropriate to change the video card bought a year ago that still pulls at times ( I'm not talking about the average) on the video card which next year will be in the same situation. He has two options: 1) take 1070-80 (which again is considered not economical and not feasible on technical capacity) 2)wait 1100 generation (much more attractive). As 1100 generation will support 4K gaming in full ( remember 1080 give 40-50 fps in 4K on max). I have my opinion, you decide. I'd look at the choice of the new processor.
