1.Navigate to the folder My documents\Battlefield 1\Settings
2.Edit PROFSAVE_profile
3.Find GstRender.OverallGraphicsQuality 5 and change the 5 to 0.

GstRender.OverallGraphicsQuality not found in the file PROFSAVE_Profile, nor eyes,nor through the search. Further,in the system settings, disabled any programs,does not help unfortunately.

the most reliable way is lowering the core clock of the graphics card. is done by using the software MSI Afterburner or Thunder Master. Reduced CoreClock(Mhz) by about 50-100Mhz.
