It turns out instead of 3 min. 30 sec at 53 MT of broken rice in the straw vs 11 min 30 sec in the grass, the difference is significant...

Yes, the straw is necessary to first shred, then chaff - in this case chopped straw is driven into the silage pit, tamp, cover and get after the silage. The trailer will fit any, but you need a chopper, the default KRONE BIG X 1100 with EASYFLOW 300 pick-up. In DLTS there are still RSM 1403 FOR UP to 370 and 850 300 FR with FP.
