On PC it will be released or not? (Twisted Metal (2012))

I'm a fan of this game series, all parts passed several times in the distant childhood, I want to play this part ,but the PS3 I have. Tell me does a PS3 emulator for the PC? I want the computer to play this game!

The game on the PC will not work because exclusive PS3,working PS3 emulator as well not exist.
