A wooded picture on a powerful PC (Horizon: Zero Dawn)
I play on the PC on the maximum settings (but without the effect of blur in motion and with "Textures" level "high"). At 1680x1050 resolution (slightly less than FullHd) and with the configuration of i78700, RTX2080, 32 gigs of operative and very good hdd I give out 52-59 phps (picture very durgan). In addition to the stim and the game itself, no program (and no antivirus), the driver is all updated, Vinda too. Is that the way it should be, or do I have a problem? I've got an i7 9700K q RTX 2070, 16GB of RAM, but even I've got 70-80 frames outside of the fighting, and it can drop to 55 in the muds. But it's in zHD. However, the game is optimized so much that even on its configuration changing on FHD frames I do not add it. In general, I can advise to put the game on SSD - it really helps to improve performance in this game. There was an experience with the first launch on HDD, eventually saw terrible friezes and lags in dialogues.

I looked, and the load on the drive is far from critical. In the dialogues I have the opposite, everything is generally good, and as soon as I go out into the open world (without a fight) I start twitching and 56 phps

It's hard wine 100%. For even when I was playing saber on a flat in 2017, I often noticed how the locations are pierced right in front of my eyes. I suppose, whatever HDD you have - from this lack of engine is not going anywhere. But on SSD such stuff is no longer. At least I didn't notice anything like that on my solid state drive.

hmm should give out!! I have on r 5 3600 and gtx 1060 3 GB all not so bad, textures on low stand because the memory requires on medium from 6 GB, the rest is free to put on medium high and 40 phps steadily, and twitched at me when the swap file worked, it is quite and everything has gone away
This is the problem of the "emulation" curve, if you unload it, you can get good stability. Even on gtx1050 managed to squeeze 100fps, but the game itself works in 60fps with drawdowns up to 40

I'm already doing this, but I don't know when I'm going to finish, because I'm doing it purely out of curiosity since without editing this emulation the game gives out 28-30fps. You can play, but a little uncomfortable. The only thing you can do now is defragmentation of the game data, it will help to get rid of it mini lags, or to increase the priority of the game itself on a high in the task manager. Is your screen full-screen or without frames? There by default stands without frames and I had 50 FPS, the full screen was 60. Also, vertical synchronization and limiting the frequency of frames in the game are also curves and they are better not to include.
