Probably someone of our on the out-sort drew, or ready-made models were, so added ... Architecture also sometimes reminds our high-rise buildings. In general, that they have a post-packaging for us some typical city like Arkhangelsk in winter without any wars.... There's less garbage.

The answer is very simple. Many cars were assembled by Western models. Sometimes under license, sometimes "in Chinese." For example, at the heart of the penny is the Fiat 124.
