Hangs on "license agreement" (Microsoft Flight Simulator)

Once launched, the "any button" taps the window with the original settings. Once you've adopted the settings, show a license agreement and two buttons (accept/don't accept). Whatever I click, the game hangs. More precisely, the music plays, the mouse runs, the agreement is not scrolled, the links do not click.

The following helped me on the peiratka:
C:Users/Hieroglyphics"AppData'Roaming'Microsoft Flight Simulator
transfer to C:'Users' your user'AppData'Roaming'Microsoft Flight Simulator
after that, the game began to load normally, rather than hanging endlessly on the initial load strip.
I have a game flying out while trying to keep the camera position. the patch promised on August 27 is still gone.
