The game loads the processor (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Hello, not so long ago became the owner of i710700k
And here's the question, why the game at about 200-270 fps loads it under 80 percent!80 CENT KARL!
No game I've ever loaded a processor so much
(Of course I tested in the newest games on the ultras, and there everything was in order)
Does anyone know what can be done about it?

I don't see any reason to panic here.
put a limit of 60 fps and see what happens.
You've got 8 cores and 16 streams on the process, not 80 cores, 160 streams. There's no top for a long time. now windows10 on the desktop such pros 30% can ship.

I have a similar processor. On the maxims, without FPS restrictions on the 240-finger monitor, with vertical synchronization enabled, with G-Sync enabled, etc... protested on it
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege - Ultimate Edition [v 14457777 + DLCs]
Loading in places and all 100% ... on average about 70% ... so without panic, everything is normal.
