Will Sony sue CDPR? (Cyberpunk 2077)

Observing this whole situation with CP2077, one thought does not leave me. After all, CDPR essentially committed fraud. After all, Sony receives not a small percentage from sales on its platform, and now it is forced to make refunds, thereby losing profit "Lost profits" There is such an article in international criminal law. So I just argue, but in fact CP2077 can bury the studio, or fundamentally force you to reconsider its policy ... so while the PC boyars gloat "finally the console players have been avenged, let them suffer" something that can really happen that will affect their beloved and so loyal to the PC studio audience, not for the better. That is, in fact, the scale of the fakap can be really very serious.

It's strange to blame everything .., then "dissatisfied" players expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of games.
And when you describe in detail what will happen, and why, you get dozens of minuses for it, tinder comments, warnings of bans flood flame, and after that they then sting at the developers. Isn't that weird? ))
As they say in their own eye and the logs do not see. )
Take their same promise about a serious adult story, which they talked about at the very beginning. After they showed the first vidos, the scene with the co-op, they didn't think about it anymore. and what I have pointed out more than once is that this is an indicator that there will be no serious adult storyline, etc. You have to understand that there is advertising, and there is a real state of affairs, and that these things are incompatible.
The technical side of the issue is that games are optimized for medium settings, it was not true for a long time. Nowadays there are a lot of graphic buns that if they don't work, then there will be no optimism, and that work only on ultras. Maybe it's not all that bad with the technical side, I can't judge until I launch it on ultras in 4K UHD. And someone thinks that their calculators must have a gorgeous optimism, why they decide this is not clear, and how it should work is also not clear.
Eternal war of developers and gamers, who is more right. xD)))

This war is just a kindergarten)).
The saddest thing is that there will always be exonerators who will come up with reasons for the innocence of the "razierabov". But when these justifiers buy goods with flaws, they completely forget that you can always say that it is not the workers who are to blame for the poor quality of the goods (by analogy, the developed ones), but the bosses who force them to do faster and cheaper)).
So the problem is not in the "war", but much deeper.

same as the opposite. )
How, for example, the developers should react to the fact that one game is smeared, another is praised, for the same thing. Take the same stuck horse in a pedmak and in a kinom cam. in one game, yes, it’s nicho, it’s even a trick, the roach moved, in the other, ooo shit. How should the developers react to this, like it or not? ))
In general, games come out with a delay of five or six years, that is, we play games from the past. Those games that are being released now began to be developed 5-6 years ago, scripts were written, etc. And in 5-6 years a lot of things have changed. This is the main problem with games. If the cyberbook came out in 2014, when it started to be developed, it would definitely be a masterpiece. )
This also applies to the technical side, the cyberbook is again the clearest example that they urgently had to change graphene. Or take the same Andromeda, for which she was fucked up, although they said that they had problems with frostbyte. Today they do not have this problem, so it has been 9 years. That is, without any problems, it would have come out only today, after 9 years. And if you take three games, that's 30 years, half life. Are you ready to wait for such a deadline?
I'm not saying that technical mistakes are good, but there are objective reasons why this happens. And the current public is too intolerant. Yes, and the current public is more on forums crawling than playing games. )

The current public is not that intolerant ... I would say the problem is that the current public considers their opinion to be binding. Very often, if not always, they believe that all their Wishlist are mandatory))) And this applies not only to games, but also to books or films.
I had a friend who spat on the first film "Resident Evil", said that the film is complete G .... and he would have shot better. But to the offer to shoot himself, he reacted wildly aggressively.
And with every tingling of such connoisseurs and craftsmen, the degree of insanity just rolls over)) They can do everything, they know everything))

Which company isn't committing a scam right now? Exactly - none. I myself, if I haven't played Cyberpunk at all. But he added it to the list of games that must be played during the holidays. Then the routine will just go again: I need to finish the 4th course. And the work heaps up. It was only on January 2 that I was released.
By the way, I laugh endlessly:
there are 18+ games. The only question is: who will play them?
I mean, there is simply no time.
Question-answer: will be sued. It is a fact. Personally, I was not recommended Cyberpunk. Since the company is hiding behind sony, it will get it too.
