Very low FPS at any graphics setting (Cyberpunk 2077)
I have the following system config:I5 2500k - overclocked to 4 700 GHz
Memory 2x8 1600 11-11-11-28 - cleanly overclocked to 1866 GHz
RX 580 4 Gb video card the
game is on SSD

Such a theme, I put the game in the FPS menu 60+
Character selection menu FPS 20-25 I
go into the game FPS from 5-10 rises to 20-30 when you bury your nose on the floor, and what any graphics settings, even the quality of the render I remove to 50% and nothing, the graphics just deteriorate in the trash FPS grows from 5-7 to 7-10 and this is in the desert at the very beginning of the game.
When I started it for the first time, I thought the percent does not pull, since it is the only one that does not fit the specified parameters into the minimum requirements of the game (I need the same socket as I have 1155, but a little better than i5-3570K 4 cores 8 threads (I have 4 cores 4 threads)) I got to look at YouTube tests and miracles, for people everything works fine on the i52500k as well as on the RX580 4GB, I already broke my head what could be the problem? Why does it work well for people on medium graphics settings is quite playable, but I have a slide show.
According to the graphics settings, I twisted everything - a maximum of 4-7 fps, at least 5-10 if you look in front of you until 20 when you bury your nose in the ground. Moreover, when you press esc in the game and the menu pops out, then the fps is 60+ at once.
Maybe someone came across this? I can't understand why people work fine and give out a completely playable FPS and I have 5-10 fps ...?
PS: Windows 10 is fresh, not official from collectors, video card drivers are of course also the latest.

No, the percentage in the game is loaded from 30-60 +%, the system does not load in idle mode at all. So there are no viruses.
Life hack that helped me. You put the tweaker, cut off all the functions in it that your hardware does not support, they drain FPS very much, then here in the files you can find how to connect additional memory (one of the last). Overclock the hardware, if possible. Play with the graphics settings, digital foundry painted everything correctly. Total in full HD, almost all settings are on high, some ultra, some on medium or disabled. Fps 60, if not running a sprinter in a crowd, is rarely seen below.

Did you have 5-10 fps before the tweaker, or was it 20-30, but after the tweaker it was 60 at high? It's just that if you believe the tests on YouTube, then the game should go on and so on at low-averages of 30-50 fps ...
But thanks for the advice anyway, you will need to try playing with the tweaker.

No, brother 5-10 - it's really hard. I jumped somewhere in the region of 30 + - when I turned in the highs in 1080p, although switching to the middle ones did not add much. As I understand it, they did not optimize it at all, because chips like PTX and asynchronous calculations are not supported by all PCs and they stupidly made a build on a PC using the example of a console build, judging by the tweaker. With him, the truth is, the picture becomes rather miserable compared to the original, but those who have been waiting for 8 years are no strangers))
Same. Tried every combination of graphics settings. As a result, I had to twist everything to the left, which gives well a maximum of 58 fps. = /

Well, how did you manage to cure it? The very similar hat (i7 2600s + rx570), at any settings 25 +/- 10 fps :(
Smartty0
and reshaid? it has a problem with the buffer depth if many shaders are enabled.

is quite a normal FPS for such hardware.

Uh, I beg your pardon, of course, but what is it? I just haven't had time to try 100,500 tweakers, configs and everything else, I haven't completely immersed myself in the topic, so to speak, sorry :(

And, that's it, I read about the reshade. No, in general there is nothing left, except for the game.

well, if it costs nothing, then you should look at the tests on YouTube, and if the FPS is the same, then you shouldn't bother. In general, with my gtx1050 I go through 30 fps and drawdowns in battle, but since I'm a lover of stealth games, I go through the game completely with stealth, since there are a lot of quests where you need to do everything quietly.

Eh, on YouTube a guy with the same specs and settings gives out stable 40 fps with drawdowns up to 30, and in static scenes - in a conversation, for example - it even rises to 45-50 times. Well, either he has a shit, or I'll probably go and gnaw the cactus further, what to do, and thanks for that.
Well, if you're interested, I'll tell you how I was able to achieve performance improvements.
1. I bought Xeon-E31220v2 (Ivy Bridge) for 2,100 rubles on alik. It does not differ from the old i7-2600s (Sandy Bridge) in performance in tests (although there is a difference in threads, cores, etc., it does not matter), but it already supports PCI-e 3.0.
2. I pushed the video card from the PCI-e 2.0 slot to PCI-e 3.0.
3. Profit! FPS has doubled.
