Beta Optimization (Battlefield 1)

Reading various comments, one gets an ambiguous impression of optimization: personally, with a rather modest config, i5 3570, r9 280x - the settings are fully ultra in Full HD - about 60
fps. The minimum saw 55. Everything seems to be fine, but many complain about the optimon.
Who has how much and on what?

I5 3470, 8GB RAM, GTX 950 4GB 1600 * 900
At medium settings 70-100 fps. After 20-30 minutes of the game, critical packet loss and terrible freezes always begin ... (Turning on the vertical sync seems to help a little. I can't understand what's the matter.

At low 90-100 fps, at medium 50-60 + microfreezes appear, and fps at some moments sags to 30, and sometimes to 20. Sags at medium even if I set Resolution Scale to 0.

on a pc with fx8150 vidyuha r9270 8 GB of RAM and 8th Windows beta gives out on average 80-90 and I have enough (I play in the window)
on a laptop with i7 (6200 like) gtx950m 8 GB of RAM and 10th Windows beta gives 40- 50 low

With 50 scaling, the graph is poor, everything is not clear, worse than in the previous parts, but the fps is good ... And if you set it to 100, then the picture is gorgeous, but the fps is terrible.
