Swap file !!!

I have 16 hectares of RAM on my computer. Do I need to use a swap file ???

I put the swap file 32 gibob at 16 and I poke it calmly
and on a laptop 25 at 8 gigabytes and it became a little quieter to live. atoms blue screens and when the swap file from the RAM is engaged, it hangs for 10 minutes.

16 hectares of RAM - do I need to use a swap file?
It all depends on what is included. When running some games, 16 GB is already boldly stepped over.
