I know many have had this with TexMod, but with all other games everything is fine with me, only with this one there is such a problem.

You don't need texMod for Dolphin emulator. In the advanced graphics settings in the emulator, you can put a tick on "Dump textures", then the emulator will export all textures from the game to a special folder (more details in the same settings). Then find the textures you are interested in in this folder, redraw them as needed and copy them to the ".. Load textures .." folder. After that, in the same advanced graphics settings in the emulator, check the box next to "Load your textures". Works with all emulated games.
