Result: Total killed - 3, Shots - 1, Killed in melee - 3, Exposures - 0, Witnesses - 0 and of course Silent Assassin.

Perhaps this is not moding at all, I didn’t claim, but only assumed. It is possible that these things could initially be in the game, but the developers decided otherwise and excluded them from the final version ... By the way, I read somewhere (maybe it was mentioned on this forum, but I read it on another) that in the folder with the game, sound files were allegedly found indicating that Heath personally got rid of Alejandro Kane by pushing him alive into the crematorium furnace. I do not know why such conclusions were made, only by the listened file. I myself have not heard such a sound file, therefore I do not exclude that it is an invention.
