Director's versions of films
I watched the director's cut: Alien (added as Ripley found Captain Nostromo in the cocoon), Aliens (added Alien larva attack on Newt's father; defense from Aliens with turrets), Alien 3 (added as Ripley discovered and was pulled out of the water by prisoners, her treatment; Alien is born not from a dog, but from a bull; when Ripley jumps into the lava, she does NOT crawl out of the stomach of the Aliens' uterus), "Alien-4" (the film begins not with showing embryos, but with crushing a nibbler mosquito; expanded the scene of pulling the Aliens uterus from Ripley; at the end of the film, landing on Earth and Ripley's conversation with an android on the ruins of Paris is shown). In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

scene where Paul is looking for a way out of the maze
* Also a small segment is added to the moment when Amanda is looking for her key
* And finally, the last small moment added to the moment Lawrence saws off his leg
The director's cut of the film "Saw 2" is two minutes longer than the regular cut. Differences:
1. When the police enter Jigsaw's lair, three small scenes show John realizing that the police have arrived. Regardless, he calmly returns to his work
2. While the police get to John, several scenes are shown where he is eating "Cheerios" (cereals).
3. Added a few sentences to the dialogue between Jigsaw and Eric
4. When Obi is trapped in the furnace, he tries to knock out the glass in its far sides
5. Added a minute to the scene in which Amanda is in the pit with syringes, during which she sits without movements, afraid to move
6. In the bathroom, Charlie Klauser's music starts playing from the moment Xavier cuts off his skin to his death
7. The scene with "The Mask of Death" is slightly lengthened, and also the song "Irresponsible Hate Anthem (Venus Headtrap Mix)" is played in it.
8. One beat has been added to the scene in which Eric beats Jigsaw.
There are two director's versions of
Saw 3: Saw III Unrated Edition is 5 minutes longer than the regular version. Differences:
* Close-up view of Eric breaking his leg
* Added several sentences to Kerry and Rigg's dialogue about Eric (Kerry says she cannot sleep properly due to his disappearance)
* When Kerry's trap is activated, demo front view (her internal organs are visible)
* Added scenes in the freezer in which Jeff knocks on the door trying to get out
* When "Rack" is activated, Timothy's legs and arms are displayed for more time. Also during this scene, music is played that was absent in the regular version of the film.
* Slightly changed the scene of the fight between Eric and Amanda (for example, it is shown that Amanda heard Eric call Daniel, which makes her upset).
* The disfigured head of Lynn is shown at the end of the film, after which the film ends with
Saw III Director's Cut 13 minutes longer than the regular version. Differences:
* Added a fight scene between Amanda and Lynn
* Added a scene that reveals that Amanda had nightmares about Adam. After that, she decided to kill him in order to save him from a painful death. Also from this scene it becomes clear that Jigsaw knew perfectly well that Amanda did it
* In the end, John does not have time to turn on the recorder. Instead, Jeff picks him up, then sits down near Lynn's body and turns on the tape. After that he screams and credits begin
* The last tape is almost identical to the one that sounded in the previous versions. The exception is that several sentences have been added, and John's voice is calmer and more threatening.
The director's cut of the film "Saw 4" is 4 minutes longer than the regular cut. Differences:
* In the mausoleum, Art hits Trevor with a hammer four times
* When Rigg wakes up, he notices that someone turns on and off the lights in his apartment and then runs past his bedroom
* Added a few sentences to the dialogue between Rigg and Brenda
* Changed the scene, in which Rigg forces Ivan to enter the room. Now he takes his dog with him, and when Ivan goes up to the second floor in search of her, Rigg catches him
* Ivan's death is slightly longer and more colorful
* Rigg pulls out the last cane from Morgan
* After Perez gets trapped, Strahm calls her mother and informs that Lindsay is injured
* Before entering the meat processing plant, Strahm calls for reinforcements
* Strahm uses the key he received from Kerry with the message: "Open the door and find me" to enter the room where John was killed and Jeff was locked at the end of the third part
* Cut scene, in which Hoffman unties himself from the chair
The director's cut of the film "Saw 5" is 4 minutes longer than the regular cut. Differences:
* Seth's death is slightly lengthened and more colorful
* Before his death, Seth manages to whisper: "I did what I had to"
* Cut out a scene from the fourth film, in which Strahm opens the door to the room where Jigsaw died. Instead, the scene begins with Jeff shouting "Where is my daughter ?!" Also cut out a scene showing the room outside when Hoffman closes the door
* The scene in which Strahm panics in the cube before water starts pouring into it is several seconds longer
* Cut out the scene in which the lawyer asks Jill what is in the box
* Cut out the phrase of journalist Jenkins when she inquires about the FBI's absence from the briefing
* Upon receiving a note that reads "I know who you are," Hoffman goes straight to the archive to pick up Strahm's phone. When he finds him, another police officer approaches him and asks him to come to the hospital, saying that this is due to Agent Perez
* In the usual version, Erickson first visits Strahm, and then Hoffman. In the director
's cut, the opposite is true * Added a fragment showing Ashley's severed head
* Hoffman learns Erickson's surname a little earlier
* When Strahm spreads all the documents to Jigsaw's case, several shots of Seth's body are quickly shown
* Added a new flashback in which Hoffman asks Fisk if it works Lee Kerry on the Seth Baxter case and then asks to keep him informed
* After Strahm's phrase: "... you participated in all the investigations", a new flashback is shown in which he receives the note "I know who you are" for the first time directly from Jigsaw (thus, the note that he finds on the table after the briefing, is a copy of a note he received in the past))
* Added a few phrases to the conversation between Brit, Mallick and Luba in the third room
* Hoffman writes something in his notebook when Erickson asks to find out where Strahm is from his phone's singal
* Slightly changed a scene towards the end of the film: When Brit realizes that all the keys from the first room are the same, a scene is shown in which Hoffman leaves the precinct, and Erickson finds out where Strahm's phone is. Brit and Mallick then reappear, realizing that all five could have survived.
* Added a few new phrases
to Brit and Mallick's dialogue before the last trap * The scene in which Brit and Mallick are sawing their hands is slightly longer and more colorful
* Added a fragment to the scene of Strahm's death. After his arm breaks, he lets out a wild cry of pain and despair.
In the director's version of the film "Taking Life", the erotic scene is lengthened and it is shown how a maniac in an elevator cuts off the head of his own mother.
I watched the director's "Troy", where the capture of the city is shown in a more harsh way (babies are thrown off the walls, kicked and the like).
The director's cut of "King Arthur" is 15 minutes longer than usual. The battles are more brutal, with heads and limbs ripping off. Added several scenes and dialogues.
