Should you buy? (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hello, friends! Will the GTX1650 pull right away? I checked it on my own experience, at minimum settings and at a resolution of 1280x720 it gives 50-62FPS stably. This is the configuration of my friend, but I play on GTX960 FullHD, the minimum settings are 45-50FPS. At the beginning there were crashes, the solution turned out to be simple, it is better to cool the video chip, and not let the power supply overheat. The video chip is the easiest to cool down by using the Nvidia Inspector software, setting the FPS limit by temperature, I set it to 60 degrees, that is, when the utility overheats, the FPS decreases. An even more effective method is the use of the ASUS GPU Tweak 2 utility, in which we build an optimal curve in the cooler settings, that is, at 70 degrees our cooler should spin up to 100%, at 60 degrees, say 80%, at 50 degrees 60%. I think all the problems with crashes are connected precisely with overheating of the video card and power supply. To prevent the power supply from overheating, I opened the side cover.
