Open the russian.pak file with the winrar, inside the Languages ​​folder, drop it into the Crysis / Game folder with the originals replaced (just in case, save them to another place)
You can also simply replace the Crysis / Game / Languages ​​/ dialog folder with the same one from russian.pak, but it doesn't always work.
