How do I get back vertical sync? (Fallout 4)
I bought Radeon RX 480, fps is now under 200, everyone is running around like crazy ...In Fallout4.ini I set iPresentInterval = 1, in theory it's vsync, Monica frequency is 60, it had to fit it. But no.
Forgot something?
The ideal speed is 60 fps, am I getting it right?

Thank you all for your answers, plus all. Just used to playing mines with terrible brakes, this is my first expensive card. Folych settings "good quality", for some reason a habit, I'm afraid to set ultra, but suddenly it will slow down, while for me this is a kind of high-speed fairy tale ... As if playing cs 1.6, but foul, strangely say yes))
FPS 200-210 , I run as if stung, cockroaches - flashes))
