The sharpness of the mouse (The Outer Worlds)

The mouse as if floating, there is no clear responsiveness. The Sens were reduced, the effect is still as if on the smoothness of the mouse.
Who knows how to solve?

Same problem I had in folaut 4. There it was that the mouse sensitivity is tied to frame rate or something like that(like a bug). Forgot how it was being solved

try another topic, the old forum, when I helped in Fallout 4, the situation has improved here:
1. download NVIDIA Inspector
2. Locate the game in the list (or mark with all the global parameter if the old wood)
3. set a limit FPS is on 58.6
4. select Vertical sync - Force on
5. Remember to apply (Apply changes in the upper right corner)
+ in the game I set the limit to 60FPS and knocked out the vertical sync, but is in my opinion not solves it.
