Well, the Gaming series from Gigabyte is distinguished by an increased frequency on the GPU, you can try to lower the frequency a little on the core and drive games. Bad, you can try another BIOS, but something tells me that the vidyuha won't want to work normally. It is better to roll back to your native BIOS and experiment with frequencies on it.

Your vidyuha is strange - GPU-Z seems to show 560 Ti, while the bus and bandwidth itself are less than NVidia's specifications, and it's not clear which manufacturer.
