Sharp jumps in cp temperature.

Ryzen 5 3600 processor. Sudden temperature drops, even at idle. For example, now it is 29 degrees and in a second it can immediately rise to 38 degrees. I say right away, I did not touch or overclock anything in the BIOS. Tell the knowledgeable people, is this normal or do you need to do something? Thank you in advance.

if there are any vague doubts, then look with monitoring like fps monitor or msi afterburner aida63 hw info + RTSS core frequency graphics. If in your typical loads there are no sharp drops in frequency and brakes, then everything is fine - do not pay much attention to the temperature.
and in itself the situation with such jumps is the norm.

Yes, like brakes or drawdowns FPS did not notice, everything went smoothly. It's just that I assembled the computer myself, for the first time to be honest I did it. I thought maybe I put the tower incorrectly or something else, but it seemed that everything was not difficult there, what could be screwed up there. Thanks for the answer.

There are a couple of ways to prevent such a saw.
1. Set "Economical" in the power supply settings
2. Limit the maximum processor load to 99%
3. Set the minimum processor value to 20% (Without load, the frequency will drop to 2200)
4. Drive with CTR from 1usmus. Fixed voltage and frequency on separate CCXs.
5. Turn off Turboboost.
6. Put the Bolt down as the situation is typical for CPU data.

This is the norm, nothing needs to be done)

This is the norm for me, too, Ryzen 5 3600, the processor is boosted because of this and the temperature rises :)

Perhaps if this is the norm, then I agree with you. It's easier to forget everything than these dances with a tambourine. Thanks everyone for the help.
