Operative caching
Experts, recently updated the hardware, incl. I had to change the operative, since the new mother only supported ddr4. Previously, I had 12GB of RAM (8 + 4) in the different channel, it was enough for everything. Now I bought a single 16GB bar, installed it, and now 8-10GB of RAM is constantly cached. I did a lot of manipulations from the Internet, in the end I wrote everything off to Windows. I installed another, the same hat. And the Windows are now almost naked - only chrome and firewood are installed. As a result, the operative is sorely lacking, up to crashing games64 Comments

No, if there was no launch of memory-heavy applications, and the type, it seems, has this situation on an empty system)

The screenshot does not show how long the PC has worked, and you do not need to run heavy programs, just open or copy a large file from folder to folder and the file is cached in memory.

Copying is one of the operations that affects memory, I already wrote about it above)
