Bug at the beginning of the game, help fix (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

At the start of a new game, some kind of obscurantism occurs, the horse apparently gets stuck in the textures and some kind of hell begins, after which the camera starts spinning quickly, etc.

Tax, progress report, mb will help someone.
Nvidia 770, uninstalled all drivers, and installed it again (clean install). Everything returned to normal.
In general, it felt like all the animals, and everything that concerned them, seemed to lose weight, and each bump just threw them up.

I started this after installing one of the mods, deleted the saves and mods at my own peril and risk put those that did not seem to cause this bug and everything went fine

GenerateFNISforUsers launched the game again before starting the game, it helped
