Try setting for HDD - Low.
Texture broadcast quality: low. (HDD) / Average (SSD) / high (NVMe SSD).

Set the polling rate of CPU load sensors to the maximum in the afterburner, not 1-2 times per second.
Because in the second video, 2 large friezes occurred due to the fault of the CPU, and it's luck that with such a slow sensor polling rate, they were generally detected.
0:08 microfreeze - and all cores are 98-100% loaded.
0:22 microfreeze - one of the cores of 95% load.
any 2-3 second series of irregularities - CPU load is greater than average values.

There is a suspicion that all the microfreezes you have left are the CPU's fault, but with the update of the indicators once or twice a second, this is almost impossible to notice on monitoring.
Better yet, use the FPS monitor if you want to more accurately monitor the indicators. There, the sensor polling rate can be set to any, at least 100 times per second.

Space Marine,
I decided everything, before that in the nvidia panel I turned off the shaders to disk because I was afraid that this option was loading it, but in fact it was to remove the loading of the processor, I turned on this option again and now everything goes smoothly to the ssd

It's good that everything was decided.
And so, I advise you to switch to ssd and install all games only on them. And there is no need to be afraid for their resource. If you take not the most deshman, then the ssd will live happily ever after.

and by the way in dg microfreezes and peaks actually remained after I ran for a few minutes longer, or do I think?

Normal there, do not fuss.
The game has a lousy optimization, FarCry 5 runs perfectly on my old bucket and pleases the eye with a picture, and in this game fps drops twice in settlements.

You can install the game on both hard and ssd, write the frametime graph to the afterburner's log file, play the same piece of the game and compare these graphs and decide for yourself if there is a difference.
And so purely in vidos, on the second, it seems as if the schedule is smoother. Yes, and on the first, at the time of the peaks, you can directly see the jerks of the game, and the second vidos seems to go smoothly.

Space Marine has
now also entered the dg again, nothing has changed much, just the jerks have become less strong
