I decided to experiment and set it in the power settings, min. and max. CPU consumption by 100, as a result - during the game, FPS began to fall from 120 to 30-40, with terrible lags and freezes.This happens for 30 seconds.
And if in the power settings I set the min. 99 and max. 100, THEN everything is fine.
This was not the case before

On your motherboard, what is on the south, what is on the north, that you can fry eggs at any time for the time. In such heat as it is now, this problem is even more urgent.
And the percent you do not have time to warm up, because the BPM heats up faster and the percent, of course, with a frequency of 1400-1500 and will not really get warm.
No processor will drop frequency under load. This is either throttling of the processor itself, or throttling on the motherboard.
