Chezh for trouble with this Juan. They would cut the effects, but the FPS would not drop. 

The 970 grittedly holds 60 at ultra-1080p (if you still throw the OS on top).

980 Ti is about 90 at the same settings.

I haven’t seen it on my own high yet below 40, but the graphon seemed even worse than 2 parts (5 years have passed). The terrain is certainly different, but in my opinion part 2 is clearer than chtoli xs. Cars are worse than madmax, the hero cannot sprint! 1 time the game crashed to the desktop with an error during a long chase from the cops.
