Knocking doors - why are they? (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

There is a knocking door at the Xoomer gas station almost opposite the Easter Basin military base. But the catch is that there is a real door and a fake door. That is, even if theoretically the hero could enter there, he would still rest against the second non-knocked door as if against a wall
