I also had this problem, I solved it by simply disabling the synchronization of cloud saves and in-game overlay in the Ubisoft connect settings.
I had crashes when the servers were loaded. noticed because the synchronization after departure did not take place either. in offline mode, all the rules worked

Update as of 10.22.21: The video card was in undervolt - 0.950mV at 1995mHz, it crashes without tracing at a resolution scale of 1.5 from 5-30 minutes of play. When the scale was scaled down to 1.2, the departures were preserved. I raised the voltage on the video card to 0.981mV at 1995mHz and there were no crashes for 2x4 hours.
