Your Favorite In-Game Weapon (Resident Evil 5)

Your opinion. Argument.

Personally, I liked the M93R & "Hydra" the most. Well, and the S&W M500.)
In the case of the M93R, the rate of fire, sufficient strength and relative availability are important - to acquire it, you just need to completely upgrade the M92F.
With the fact that "Hydra" is extremely useful, I think no one will argue.
A full S&W M500 upgrade will cost, if I'm not mistaken, $ 216,000 when you factor in everything, including the bonus and the S&W M29 upgrade.
PS: I also used SIG 556 a lot.
PSS: Samurai Edge is perhaps the best in the HG category. It's a shame that you can only use it in the Mercenaries, playing as Wesker (STARS).

they use one type of ammunition, this can be understood, for example, export options ak have 5.56 options, with mp5 it is certainly not so easy to explain, but let's say they all ranked them as assault rifles or just machine guns, this does not stand out so strikingly, but what some kind of pistol is more designed for hammering nails (due to its mass) than for shooting more powerful than a rifle whose barrel is half a person long, that's what is wrong and very much strikes me in the eyes, and this was done because the main buyer of this game is a teenager -American who really believes this is a pity.

damart, you are right, when I started playing RE4 I said exactly the same thing, but then I got used to it. I agree with Komodo Saurian "There is no point in finding fault with realism in an initially unrealistic game!"

you know, it's like science fiction and fantasy, and this and that fantasy but fantasy is nonsense (nothing personal) and many of the things that Sheckley, F. Herbert and others wrote about in the 60s as fiction are now reality, so that there is a scientifically based fiction, but there is, just nonsense, I would write PE rather in science fiction with elements of nonsense than in nonsense with nf. , and it is this element of delirium in a potentially excellent idea and annoying, both in the plot and in the gameplay, and you yourself think, in many documents they try to scientifically explain what is happening in the game, so the dictum "There is no point in finding fault with realism in an initially unrealistic game" in my opinion it is wrong, since there is more than a share of reality in the game. Well this is not Warcraft, well, Christmas tree-sticks, and you say that!

The early parts of the series could be classified exactly as science fiction, unfortunately, the same cannot be said about RE5 - the plot crossed a certain line between science fiction and fantasy.

well, I would not say that the fourth did not cross her

And from what the appearance of these or those cartridges is curled? Passed the whole game and found no more than 20 rounds for the magnum, did not even shoot for pleasure

That is similar :) I
go through the game for the second time (except for 2 times passing the same difficulty) and only 50 rounds for it. Upgrade it and make unlim cartridges - you will shoot at your pleasure: D

Perhaps it depends on the use of the weapon, I (during the second playthrough) mostly fall out with machine guns and rifles, I saw magum a couple of times, and then in those places where they lie according to the script, I shot from the magnum two times. I think it depends on the weapon

Hydra is our answer to Dante's shotgun (Coyote-A) from Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening and Devil May Cry 4! xD

Well, to be honest, the very first Magnum and Gatling Gun.

There is a question - something Hydra, for its damage 550, very cheerfully endures miniboses. Maybe 550 is the damage for each of the three barrels? Or does it have some hidden armor-piercing parameter?

Alex ll 09.11.21

RipBoy, by the way, I also ask this question!

K
Komodo Saurian 09.11.21

The Hydra is most likely dealing 1650 damage. damage (550x3), because the shot is fired from all barrels at the same time.

Just purely subjectively, the same bow and Hydra take out the enemy at about the same speed, but Hydra has two undoubted advantages - it hits squares (which is very useful when a whole crowd is rushing at you) and a stopping effect.

Gentlemen, why is everyone silent about l. Hawk ??? Smart and practical! And this is the only barrel that (at least for me) managed to kick Wesker's anal in the cave.

Because the S&W 500, using the same ammo type, is much more powerful (5,000 damage) and no less stylish.

Alex ll 09.11.21

vanecki, I said about Havk in the posts above. RipBoy, this S&W 500 of yours gives such a recoil that you won't shoot fast, and Havk has less recoil, which gives him a higher rate of fire and is easier to aim. Well, this is a matter of taste, of course!

Just yesterday, once again, the final battle with Wesker took place, and this time with the S&W 500 - the rate of fire is really quite low, but with such a destructiveness, it is not needed. A couple of times he sounded and Uesker immediately got sick). Again, considering how many cartridges for the Magnum can be found in one playthrough (three or four times came across), the low rate of fire becomes not such a big drawback. I did not notice a strong return.

The S&W M500 has a maximum damage of 15,000.

What does "ultimate" mean? At vulnerable points?

Regarding the damage done by the Hydra shotgun, can you say anything?

A
Alex ll 09.11.21

RipBoy, again it's a matter of taste. The S&W 500 is super powerful, but I still love the Hawk.
