Error code CE-34878-0 (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

In short, people. I had this error popping up some time after I entered the battle. The problem turned out to be a new customizable difficulty level and challenges. This bug is fixed simply by switching to any of the usual difficulty levels. If you want a challenge, play on a nightmare. Hemorrha will be no less than from trials. And the prizes are given for them bullshit. If just switching the difficulty level did not help, then:
1) Cry, eat sweets and wait for the patch, which will most likely be released along with GOTY
2) Start the game again. My sidekick did it out of hopelessness. But it all worked. Infa weaving.
